This is less of an ad, and more of a 30 second compilation of a promotional event that Carnival ran in Dallas around 2009.
It was typical “out of the box” thinking by Carnival to create some fun, and features giant beachballs being unleashed on the crowd in the streets below. Reminds me of a similar ad in Australia by MacDonalds in 2010 where adults were given a playground to play in.
Maybe Maccas got their inspiration here from Carnival?
